Leslie Anderson, Ph.D., CDE is a certified diversity executive, psychologist and counselor educator at Missouri State University. She has served as interim vice-president of diversity and inclusion at a state university, and currently conducts anti-racism trainings and acts as a consultant for universities, community leaders and business clients. Her research includes: changing attitudes through engagement activities for law enforcement, business leaders, health-care professionals and religious leaders; and measuring the impact of diversity training on attitudes of counselor-trainees.
