I serve as the Assistant Dean and Instructor of Elementary Education in the College of Education at Butler University. My background includes serving as an elementary classroom teacher, middle school nonprofit director, consultant, teacher educator and National Certified Counselor. Applications for Asset-Based Thinking in education, teacher leadership, healthy life balance and the dynamics of the clinical experience in teacher preparation are all areas of current interest in my professional life.
