Our profession has long been grounded in strength-based practice. Extending strength-based, salutogenic methodology to clinical supervision, this program includes a review of the literature, overview of the constructs, and 'hands-on' practice with a salutogenic model of clinical supervision. With a focus on the consideration of the uniqueness of worldview and culture, participation and involvement provide attendees with new ways of supervising, and creating positive, inclusive supervervision.
