Multicultural competencies can be creatively incorporated into supervision. Bibliosupervision is the use of bibliotherapy in supervision sessions and can help supervisees develop multicultural counseling competence. A case study will illustrate the incorporation of books, storytelling, and narratives designed to help counselors-in-training identify and analyze multicultural counseling themes and develop competence. A review of literature and books for use in bibliosupervision sessions will also be discussed.
