The use of experiential exercises in supervision can facilitate the working alliance between supervisor and supervisee. Photosharing is defined as the utilization of digital pictures to represent personal experiences in counseling supervision. Presenters will discuss the conceptual framework, methodology, and results of their qualitative study using photosharing within the supervision relationship. Participants will explore the potential benefits of photosharing in supervision and will be provided an opportunity to participate in a photosharing activity.
